  John N. at Stearns sets the bar high for professionalism, and is incredibly likable and knowledgeable about his industry. John is exactly the kind expert you need (and Stearns needs) working on your home loan. He runs numbers like a mad-man, and can explain every piece of the transaction in an easy and understandable way. John made the time to talk to me every time I had a doubt, concern, or question and made getting into a home comfortable and easy. If you're on the fence, or bidding around, you won't regret letting John and his team enter their horse in the race. Over at Stearns, they truly make the dream happen.

  We jumped through dozens of hoops to get financing and because Stearns kept changing the terms of the loan, and slacked on getting documentation to the title company causing us to move the closing date 4 times, closing about additional $2500 in fees to the sellers, $1600 in additional rent and$800 in moving choosy these guy's are a joke

  Avoid at all costs. They immediately sold my loan to another provider which was a confusing 4 months of knowing who to pay and how, but not before selling all my information to a host of predatory insurance sales companies with tons of misleading physical mail marketing and no way to tell them to F*** Off. These guys suck, then they blow.
