  Brandon Pugh was my mortgage officer and he's legitimately the most knowledgeable person I've met as far as this kind of thing goes, and Stearns is an incredible organization. Full disclosure, we are cousins, but that part truly has no bearing on how impressed I've been, as I keep a healthy skepticism with these sorts of things, especially with family involved. I've had four mortgage transaction thus far in my life - two home purchases and two refinances - three of which were handled by Brandon, two of them while at Stearns. The home purchase from BEFORE Brandon was back in the mortgage business was a total pain in the neck. The refinance when he was back but with a different servicing company who's name may or may not rhyme with "cargo", wasn't TERRIBLE but there were some pain points that seemed to come from up top. The home purchase and subsequent refinance I did with Brandon while at Stearns were smoother than I should think possible, after the red tape I went through previously. The purchase closed in nearly record time (16 days-but don't expect that unless YOU are on top of your game as well) and the refinance was almost as quickly, except that it wasn't nearly as much of a rush as trying to move into a new house. Any questions I had I could shoot a text and he'd call or text back within a couple hours, if not immediately. I continually went through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb and never found a single issue. Anyway, I know this was long winded, but it is 100% deserved.

  Leigh was absolutely amazing! My loan was not a perfect "inside the box" loan and required a lot of explanation and paperwork. She made this entire experience STRESS FREE and impressed me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend her and Stearns.
