  In today's world people like to get up and yell and never take the time to compliment.  Well today I am here to compliment Nicole McGuyer on a job well done. We are a relatively new Freight broker,  been in business for two years.  Our Credit score runs in the upper 90's on both Truck Stop And DAT. Yesterday at 7 AM Central time we tried to book a truck and we were denied because you last looked at us over a year ago when we were only a few months old..  The trucking company gave us your company name and phone number.  Unfortunately due to the time in Oregon we could not get a hold of anybody to find out why.  Later yesterday morning I did call and got ahold of Nicole and what a breath of fresh air,  She took the time to not only listen but investigate and repair our standing in your company. I understand she has only been with you a short while.  That tells me your training methods and customer service are aligned.  Thank you so much and please put Nicole's name in the hat for employee of the month.

  This company provides mistake after mistake. You have to double and triple check their work, and if you don't be sure that something has been missed or is incorrect. No matter how many times they tell you they are going to fix the problem, there will still be issues and they wont let you out of the contract. Use any company but this one!
