I had originally been recommended financing through my Realtor for another company. These people refused to meet with me in person due to "COVID", which IMO is a lame excuse. I approached Jeannie Inman, who is a family friend, about questions I had. She arranged a meeting immediately & I met with Michael, Jeannie & the rest of the team at Evergreen. Michael explained that there existed a state funded VA loan program that offered lower interest rates & was less stringent on inspections due to the cash required for downpayment. I was completely unaware of this program & it seemed the original lender was as well. Needless to say the folks at Evergreen won my business. The interest rate they were able to obtain crushed the original rate & saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to literally live my dream in the Applegate Valley. I am so grateful to all of you!
