Stepping stones... Its a good bank.. wish you could deposit cash some other way or through the atm... Instead of coming into the bank.... If it is a way I dont know about it.... But they have great interest rates.. better than any regular bank... This location is always clean.. they have cold water for you... Lots of educational information for you to help you with your financial goals .. they even have a info board that people leave cards and flyers for things going on and classes... This is a good bank.. good location... Not too much customer friendly training with the counter person.. never speaks or greets since I been coming... Doesn't ask what can I help with .. doesn't say anything at all... Except if shes doing something and your just standing there.. she might say.. "you ready".... Other than that nothing... Doesn't make you feel welcome . Or even thankful for banking with them.... We came in to get our bank card fixed... And waited over 20+ minutes.. no update no nothing... Turns out she texted the lady for card assistance... And never told her we were waiting... The lady in the back office never got the text because she was busy.... Its not like the office is miles away.. she could have just yelled or even walked a couple steps to tell her we were waiting.... But got the card fixed in a marter of seconds... Waited that long time for nothing... Great bank I would recommend... Just needa new counter person.. but would definitely recommend this bank..
