      I had a great experience with a customer service representative named Darcy who helped put my mind at ease. I was calling because I hadn't received a bill in a couple months, though I still pay each month per my agreed upon due date, and I was concerned as I like to track my progress closely in paying down my debt. Darcy was very helpful, patient with me, and I feel so much better after that call! Thank you Darcy!!!

      Horrible. Spoke with Delilah today about getting my car title that I paid off months ago. She spoke to me with the worst attitude, and said that she can’t find my title or account number, doesn’t have a phone number for anyone that could help me then transferred me to a number that just continually rang.

      This company is a ripoff. They charged me for a repossession fee and my vehicle was never repossessed. I reported them to the BBE and I recommend getting a lawyer if you deal with them!!!!!!!!!!
