      Every time I went to the office all the staff acted like they knew nothing. They don't communicate and it gives the appearance of being disorganized. We were out of town when the house we sold closed. The agent called and I explained we were out of town and told her I would pick up the check on the following Monday. When I got there Monday, no one knew where my closing package was and after searching the office decided that they must have mailed it. Very disappointed.
