  There’s no doubt why Streamline Mortgage Solutions is the best company to work with when shopping for a new house. My story began almost 3 years ago when I inquired with Streamline about finding out some information on purchasing a home. Owner Brian Zimel reached out personally to discuss my situation and his advice was solid: he told us we weren’t quite ready to buy. Brian gave great tips about paying off debt and improving our debt-to-income ratio to make us stronger buyers. About 2 years (and almost $30,000 less debt) later I reached out to his team and I cannot speak highly enough about them. I had the pleasure of working first with Hillary who reviewed my numbers and helped me understand my purchasing power. Hillary was available at the drop of a hat to get preapproval letters to me, explain the details of closing costs, and answer any other general questions I had. Once we got under contract Donna Marie took over and helped me get all the monetary documents in order and even provided someone to help me shop for homeowners’ insurance. Any time I called, Donna Marie answered and was always helpful and friendly. I’ve probably called Streamline 30 times in the last 2 months and the women in the office are quick, efficient, and ALWAYS fun to talk to. There was never any pressure to do anything “their way”- instead we worked as a team the entire time. If you’re looking for a home loan or considering a refinance and you’re not using Streamline, you’re wasting your time. Not only will I use Streamline Mortgage Solutions for any future purchases and refinances, but I look forward to interjecting myself in other people’s conversations to tell them about Streamline.   I have been in this industry for years and have dealt with hundreds of loan officers and lenders. Streamline is absolutely one of the best. Professional team with exceptional service. Highly recommend Streamline for all mortgage needs.
