  Only 1 teller and no drive-thru. When people are waiting in line, the 1 teller should not be having a personal conversation with a very chatty customer! I gave up and left.

  If you need a bank that provide you good customer service this is not it, the staff is not friendly at all, they won’t even address you when you walk in the door. Even if you make an appointment you would wait long time. I closed mi account cause Bank of America it is just a horrible bank and because of the service that I got in this location, just horrible don’t visit this location always short of staff and rude.
