I cannot say enough good things about Linda and her team. She is a mortgage wizard! My husband and I have been in contact with Linda for 3 years, (yes years!) while we were trying to find our dream home. Getting out bid by developers etc. We were pre-approved by two other mortgage brokers but when it came time to close one said we couldn’t get approved and one actually said we needed a co-signer! We make more than enough to afford the home so it was absurd. Linda got us the best rate, lowest down payment and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
