      Worst service ever I first called asking questions for a certificate and was assured I could go in to the credit union to be helped. I went to the credit union and then was told to do anything on the acctount that I need my husband and was told of a percentage rate and that if I came with him I could open it. A few days later I came back in and now was told an even lower rate which was a complete waste of my time I asked them if they would match the current rate my other credit union was offering and they said NO.. the ppl were nice but horrible service I have young children so it was extremely inconvenient and you would think that they would have been more helpful after giving me all the wrong answers and match the rate. O well guess I’m done banking here!
