  Our real state agent introduced Stuart Davis to us. First day that we talked to him we got the sense that we will work with him to the end. I should have asked if he had teaching experience in the past because he is so good at it. He explained us all aspects of the loan process days and days, hours and hours. Who does that?! He shared his “magic spreadsheet” with us and itemized all the costs. It helped us a lot to have a complete view of our budgeting especially when we wanted to come up with a final offer amount. He told us that city transfer tax cost could be significant (especially in Alameda county). We didn’t know that since we had moved from different county. Nothing in terms of costs surprised us during the process. I think that is the benefit of having a local loan agent. He is well experienced and a great loan officer, especially in the bay area and Alameda county. We purchased our home in hot market and were worried about the appraisal. He helped us to come up with a contingency plan so we knew exactly how much we need to pay in case it does appraise at $x. At the end the appraisal came out at the value. In terms of interest rate he gave us a good rate comparing to hot market. We closed the escrow in 19 days! Who can do that!? Long story short, if you are looking for mortgage you should call him. No doubt!

If you trust your desires to her she will definitely help you bring them into fruition. Nora is with you from the beginning and until the very end. And later to check on you!
