      This location had made up policies she asked me to write down my social security number on a random paper to cash my check not two pieces of ID like any other bank that to me is not safe and a little disturbing and illegal she would not show me the policy that stated you need your social to cash a check and not to apply for an account wont be back to this location Bad first impression 😡😡🥴

      I went to my branch in Alameda today. Just want to say that the security guard was amazing! I am recovering from surgery. She made sure that I could sit down outside and inside too. I am grateful to her. She made my visit easier. The service is stellar. Thanks US Bank!!!
