Sue and her team made the process painless and she was readily available to answer any questions we had. A true joy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Sue and Alex from Landmark Mortgage gave me the best first time homebuyer experience ever. I originally worked with a different lender, who quoted low until we got an offer accepted than jacked up his costs by $5,000. Sue was recommended to me and that same day had a super competitive loan estimate over that decreased by the time we were clear to close as she saved me money in every place she could (survey was already done and she used that, helped me find the cheapest homeowners insurance possible, waived the cost of the appraisal). The rate and her costs did not increase at all from what she originally quoted me and we got the clear to close 3 weeks from the original loan estimate she sent me. In this competitive market I was concerned something would go wrong and we would lose out on our dream home. Alex (Sue’s underwriter) worked with me every step of the way and made sure that we got everything needed in to secure our loan a week before closing day! Alex was such a gem, I sent her 98 emails in 3 weeks and she responded to every one immediately patiently explaining things I didn’t understand and reassuring me that everything was going to work out. Well she was right. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good mortgage lender to go with Sue as she’s competitive with even the national online lenders that you’ll never hear from and will cause you to be stressed out the whole time. I will use Sue and Alex for every mortgage loan I need for the rest of my life (tho they helped me buy my dream home so until I can save up for a vacation property I’m not sure how else I can give them my business). If you want to get a food rate with low lender fees in time to close on your dream home in this crazy real estate market, go with Sue!

  Sue and her team were amazing! As first time home buyers, we were pretty nervous about the home buying process. We found a house we loved quicker than we expected and Sue was able to provide us our pre-approval letter within hours on the weekend! The team was there to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately, which really helped us feel more confident buying our first home. Along the way, we received update emails every time there was an update on our status. The team was extremely friendly, encouraging and positive about the whole process. Beth came to our closing and was so helpful. We highly recommend Sue and her team!
