      Summer is fantastic! She locked in a rate very early, which protected me from the rapid rise in interest rates happening during the purchase process. She stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering every question I had quickly and clearly. And she got me to closing 7 days early! Also, my realtor and escrow officer both spontaneously told me Summer was excellent to work with. And at the final signing, my escrow officer commented on how good my interest rate was and how reasonable my closing costs were. Most importantly, Summer's kind and thoughtful and genuinely wants to help. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. I would absolutely work with her again, and would enthusiastically refer family and friends to her.
