      NEVERRRR have I had such a TERRIBLE experience with a bank!!!! These people charge fees like crazy even on a penny transaction. I've complained to the FDIC and got some of the fees refunded back. The branch managers are rude and entitled and refuse to work with you they like to play games and have closed my account without my permission simply because I mentioned that I'd have to close it if they continued charging me these fees and refusing to refund them... they are straight up RUDE!!!!!! Today I got a new card in the mail 🤔🤣 They also don't know what they're talking about and this branch especially will make things up just so you'll stop talking and said an overdraft is the same thing as a NSF fee which did NOT cover the purchase! Literally one of the tellers said well how do you expect it to pay if you dont have the money in there?? lol do you not know that an overdraft is when a purchase was paid and a fee assessed... an NSF fee is when they CHOOSE to decline the purchase but still decide to charge a fee!!!! Go somewhere else that treats their customers better!!!!
