      These virtual teller machines are useless. No one in either line, yet the wait is estimated 4 minutes. Well been waiting for 15 already still nothing. Don't bother going inside either because God forbid they have any money AT THE BANK!!!

      My wife and I switched to Summit after a very distasteful experience with Park Bank across the street. While we opened our accounts at another location, we frequently use the drive through video teller at this location and have had nothing but positive experiences so far! Every employee that had engaged us has been prompt, smiling, and professional.
