      Worked with Steve Hanson to discuss a mortgage. He went ahead and pulled my and my girlfriend's (who he literally never spoke to or made any contact with) credit without consent. We never signed anything and were not ready. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. They say they can't fix it, so we have to live with the hit to our credit scores. Really unprofessional.
