Paul and the staff their are top notch and make everything easy and pleasant to go through. Our mortgage was pain free and we closed on the expected date with no problems. I would advise everyone to go through them for a home loan because they made our dream come true.

Paul at Summit Funding was phenomenal. He helped me in so many ways and I truly believe that he did his best to help me finance my home. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before closing, the underwriter withdrew my loan application because of a social media post that was found on my Facebook page. I was not asked about it, nor was I able to explain what it meant. The underwriter immediately made their decision and I was forced to lose out on almost 3k that included my earnest money, appraisal (that was ordered days before the loan withdrawal) and inspection costs. As I stated, I believe Paul will do what he can to help you get your dream home. I just wish his team gave me the opportunity to get mine.
