      In the beginning Xavier Sams and I met to visit a couple of homes and I expressed to her what I was looking for and the reasons. The initial visits were an information process. One was not to my liking and the other I placed a contract on but lost out to another purchaser. Xavier came back with a property that meet my requirements, the price was in my ball park and it was a good property with good bones in a desirable neighborhood. The paper work begins. Thank goodness I am somewhat organized and working with Shakeita Price and Kris Banks was a breeze. Jared Westerbeck provided helpful information for getting things hooked up in the home. Closing was hitch free and I have already began moving things into my new home. The overall process was seamless and ended very well. Thanks to a great team. They got me in and I am working on my transition.

      Times are changing day to day and the economy and market prices vary so much! I put my future in the hands of Summit Funding Inc to work towards realizing a dream and remedying a nightmare!! I needed to work on my house and make much needed improvements and it was all made possible by giving my business to Summit. The patience, kindness and willingness to help me was readily offered.
