      Why would you open @ 10:30 am the Wednesday after having a Monday federal holiday, this is just to access the ATM mind you, there are no live tellers. Disappointing

      I was happy there for many years....13 years to be exact...until today. They will now be charging $3/mo for paper statements and the only way to avoid the charge is to switch to on-line banking (which I do not do) or open yet more accounts that require monthly activity. It's a shame the branch employees aren't empowered with other solutions to keep customers. Withdrew every penny.
