      Don't really understand how a company with poor service stay in business. I have great credit score, loan has conditional approval (which means everything checked out), no appraisal required on the house - this should have just sailed through,... cannot get anyone to return calls or email. Very disappointed with service,... have heard all the excuses !!!

      I am a real estate agent and investor. Please don’t work with this company at all for more than two months and didn’t close yet. No respect of time or clients. The underwriters are sucks everyday they request different statements with no clear on final loan docs. They don’t care about customers or the losses of time. Not recommended at all. The last company I want to deal with
