  Love Suncoast Credit Union! No way have I ever had such a high level of customer service from a regular bank that I've experienced here at Suncoast! The friendless most helpful folks in the banking industry. Thank you very much for being here! Whether in person, on the phone or at interactive tellers (my favorite) I have always had great service.

  Absolutely the worst branch I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes with a crowd in lobby. While woman was at her desk put her AirPods in making personal call. They just need to close it and burn that branch to the ground

  Incompetent. I sold a vehicle to one of their members. Initial impression was when I asked what info they needed a branch employee informed me I would have to go to the DMV and transfer the title first. I told them this was impossible as there was a lien on the title. They were insistent I was wrong until I asked to speak to someone else. Once everything was settled they only paid my bank a portion of the selling price. This is not normal. Generally the entire selling price goes to the lien holding bank and then that bank would pay their member(me). When I informed my bank of this they responded as such and said they would put a rush on it so I could receive the remained of my money ASAP from SunCoast. Finally got the title transfer done and my check was ready. Fiona said she would send it out via fedex. This was stated Wednesday afternoon. It didn’t get sent until three days later and when asked for tracking info I was sent a picture of the bottom half of the receipt, showing no useful info. When I called to get the tracking info, I get no answer and the only number goes to their corporate system, not the local branch, so with Fiona apparently on vacation, my ability to contact anyone in the branch who might have information is nil. I finally received my check THREE WEEKS after the sale of my vehicle. I will never do business with sun coast at any branch again. What a disappointing experience because of poorly trained employees who can’t figure out basic tasks like taking a picture of the tracking number on a receipt. EDIT- what a joke this place is. They asked me to email them with contact info and then never responded to me again after I did. Pretty sure their response is solely to make them look good here.
