      Terrible experience. I never write reviews and I'm taking the time to warn people that although the people are nice at Suncoast, their technology on the app, website and all if their communications with their customers are completely inadequate. I requested that they send me my statements numerous times, I had to request for them to mail and/or email my statements and they could never accomplish this extremely simple task. I have not received statements from them in months and I've called to verify they have my correct information multiple times as well. Taking care of simple tasks on their website is incredibly difficult because nothing is easy to find and the app has little to no functionality. Working with them in more of a pain than it's worth, stick with a larger back that can afford to invest in technology.
