      Hello, the truth is that when I read the opinions I feel discouraged and above all that the apology appears with each comment but apparently they take very little care in solving the problem that causes the discontent. I try to find information to consolidate my debts but I have been playing the music for more than 55 minutes and nobody answers the call. Apparently neither by phone nor in person you get the service they offer through the web. These companies should only pay commissions and thus we would surely have the best service.

      I walked in wanting to follow up information if I online about opening a business checking account with them. As I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady but unfortunately it appears that she is not well trained in greeting customers and sitting them down to give them a formal Information talk . The lady read me the things I needed to open the account like if I had ordered something off the menu I wasn’t even offered to sit down and explain other options on opening a checking account, benefits it’s just poor training in my opinion as a businessman that’s just the way I see it. Unfortunate I will have to look at other banks to earn my business we will see how this goes. Unfortunate! I was ready to open the account on the spot.
