Phenomenal Customer Service!! I called the main call center and spoke to Maggie who offered to go above and beyond her job and she was extremely sweet. She offered to and reached out to my local branch so they knew I was coming and I knew who to speak to, who was aware of my situation. She was amazing!!! A great big thank you to Maggie!!
