      Customer service sucks. They bought out my bank, Pioneer Bank, and never received any info from either side until 3 days before my card stopped working. They told me they needed to send a new card out, but refused to expedite it, and basically said tough luck - you can't spend any money until the card comes in. Not our problem and we won't rush it for you. Bad timing as I have a vacation I'll have no debit card for now. The tone on the call was also terrible from both ladies I spoke with. Will likely be closing my account and going to a bank with better customer service soon. Chase has already treated me better just on the call to get information on setting up an account :)

      I'm here from out of town, came to deposit cash and checks. Not sure if it's a legit branch but it's Friday at 1:20 pm and the entire office is dark and closed although the hours say 8-5...really frustrating
