Very unprofessional and very rude manager, has zero customer service. There are better banks and credit unions out there with more locations. This bank only has 3 location and if you live on the east side, your nearest branch is by the zoo.

They keep locking my account repeatedly, online and through the app without explanation. I cannot see my transactions nor if I've been overcharged, double charged, check for fraud activity etc. This is the worst online banking I've ever experienced.
