  I am changing my review of this company after using them a second tine to refinance our home loan. Mike Brady was arrogant and downright unprofessional in his manner and words through the two months of aggravation it took for them to close on our refinance loan. He blames everyone else for the time it took and complained about what he was making on his commission. His wife Carol did not show up for the closing at our home Manasota Professional Title company is the name of her company. She had her administrative Assistant do all the work. I could go on and on. Take my word for it, run from this mortgage broker and his wife!!!!

  Admittedly the mortgage processing took longer than it should have. The loan was submitted with "special pricing" for a previous client and friend. Unfortunately the loan was submitted incorrectly and had to be resubmitted. Fortunately the loan was closed with a lower rate and LESS closing costs than disclosed at the time of application. The mortgage process can be stressful for the borrower and we regret we added to that stress. As stated above the good news is a lower rate and costs. The in home closing was a courtesy by Kathy who had worked well during the process.
