  JT assisted me with my refi and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Was extremely quick and easy to deal with. Gave me multiple options and a very aggressive rate. Was able to cut my mortgage to a 20 year (had 27 remaining) and my payment barely changed. Anyone needing a new mortgage or refi I highly recommend JT and Sunshine Mortgage Solutions.

  It was very unfortunate. There is always 2 sides to every story but this one was really a major oversight, there is no way to justify it. No full review of documents, resulted in false re assurances, lost of funds, lost of deal, waste of time, very bad manners with the client and the list goes on... 😞😞😞😞. I know the market is hot but it’s not an excuse not to give good ethical service

  I worked with John Taylor (Sunshine Mortgage Solutions) on 2 deals in April 2022. My experience was very bad (understatement). He’s shown himself as very unprofessional and his attitude was just awful. The first deal was under contract with 40 days to close and even though John said many times that he would be able to close he failed to do so. He hadn't really studied and reviewed all the documentation before submitting it and therefore submitted it wrong and I got disapproved. On the second contract, Even though he had all the paperwork from the previous contract he wasn't able to prepare the documentation for the loan before the inspection period was over (15 days) - He said he is gonna send it again and again for almost a week but I never got it from him. As a result, I had to "go hard" on my deposit and find another lender at the last second with the risk of losing my $5000 deposit. I lost time and money because of his negligence. While speaking with John on the phone, when he explained to me that the application was filed incorrectly by him, I asked him for an explanation, and instead of being patient and answering my question, he hung up the phone on me. He had time to try to find other solutions for another loan from another lender but instead of that, he badmouthed me to my realtor saying to her that "He fired me as a client", and also he put my phone number on "screening" so I can't reach him (This happened before we even got the final answer from the lender on the application). As a result of that, I lost the deal which I was working on for 2 months. When first contacting him John presented himself as a nice and polite person that respects people but after trusting him and giving him my deals he wasn't nice, he was disrespectful, wasn't professional at all, and he was very negligent. I strongly recommend you don’t work with him if you don’t want to have similar troubles, false promises, and lost deals.
