      Just wanted to put this out there. Suntrust mortgage is by far the worst mortgage company I have even had the displeasure of dealing with. I am currently looking to refinance, just to get out, and am willing to even pay a higher interest rate to get away from these people. The customer service is terrible, and if there were an option for half a star or less, that is what they would get. In particular the agent I was dealing with, Renee Robinson was exceptionally useless today, hence the review. I think all these “ supervisors “ are given a sheet of paper to read from and are told to repeat until the client either hangs up or hangs themselves over frustration. On the phone an hour... 40min of that on hold... when I finally got to a “supervisor” I may have well been speaking to machine, or cement post, because I got the same answers I would have gotten from either of them. BEWARE!!!! I would go to Bob’s mortgage Co. before I would recommend these nitwits. Thanks
