      For what it is, it's not bad. It is a slow process here for some reason. From a buying point of view prices are ok. Like anywhere else, some things are cheaper than others.

      Just walked in to cash a check, since they have Cash America in their name on the sign and they told me that they weren’t apart of Cash America, that they were with someone else, And that they didn’t cash checks there and the way they talked with me was extremely rude!

      If i can give a 0 star i would. This was a gift for my daughter from Grandma. The bracelet was sold to my mother as 100% real 14K gold. Well if it was not because the pin came lose & i took it get it repaired that i actually found out this is not 100% gold. They actually inform me the bracelet was only shower in gold & if they would try to repair it it would actually melt the bracelet off! My mother paid $350.00Dlls for the bracelet & I’ve actually taken it to several evaluations & yes, in fact its not 100 real gold as it was sold. I feel betrayed by how Management has handle the situation. We have tried to come to an agreement with the Manager of this branch but she keeps on giving the round about. Its about the morals & principals. Not forgetting When a vendor engages in the sale of fake jewelry without informing the consumer or his customer, he is liable for fraud and deceptive business practices. I am currently trying to contact corporate & file a complaint with the Nevada Department of Commerce. DO NOT trust this Pawn Shop!
