      We will never deal with this company again. We closed on the loan and funded on October 1st. It is now December 2nd and we have contacted them and their appraiser multiple times to get the repair escrow account closed. We live in a different city than the property, but have made multiple attempts to meet their appraiser and he has not returned calls or not met us at the property when we gave them both times when we would be there. Supreme has said they would coordinate with the appraiser and us, but they have not. The contractors that made the repairs to the property have waited 45 days for payment. Supreme has now threatened us with legal proceedings and default on the loan because the appraiser they hired is non-responsive. This is not how you get repeat business and I will not do business with you again.
