      I was a private lender on a real estate transaction on a commercial property in Ballinger, Texas. Transaction documents, under Surety Title's control and distribution, were electronically stolen during the process and used to set up wire fraud and divert funds. Ownership from Surety Title have done nothing to address this loss of $170k. They would not respond to their insurance carrier when I tried to file a claim for Errors and Omissions and Computer Fraud, which is required in order to process a claim. Use them if you like but ask them about their high tech encrypted email system and their computer security and what have they done, if anything, since my loss. Soon after I posted this review, the three other faceless reviews posted, hmmmm? Ask if you can talk to these 3 positive reviewers before you put your livelihood on the line. In fact they never had a review on Google at all until they got exposed,. All one line reviews with no detail, perfect!!
