      My partner and I first came across Susan's profile when we were looking to move to state college and purchase our first home. We are new to this neighborhood and are first time home buyers so we really needed an experienced agent who was knowledgeable about the area and could educate us about the home buying process. Susan spent time explaining the home buying process, laid out a plan for our visit and discussed our preferences, budget and needs before we drove out to visit. She then spent at least 3 hours showing us around 10 different homes and driving us around the area to talk to us about local amenities, access to groceries, restaurants and gave us a good idea about the different areas we were interested in. Susan worked with us for over a month showing at least 50 different properties, and worked on numerous offers until we found the perfect home! She was extremely detail oriented and organized did a weekly check up with us to see where we stood. She worked with our lender and helped us navigate this extremely long stressful process with ease! We are extremely happy with Susan and her team and the service they provided us. They were always prompt with answers to any questions we had and are just so thankful for their dedication and support to helping us move into our new home! We can't recommend Susan and her team enough!
