      I've been with Citizen's bank for about 5 years now I'd say and I've never had any issues with them. Back in 2016 I was out of the area for a few months and didnt use my bank account and had a fee for about 30.00 for not using it and they refunded the money.. I'm also signed up so that I can't go over my amount so that it avoids over draft fees and somehow I did with a recent purchase and they refunded that money as well. They are extremely kind! Love this bank!

      This very mature lady in the desk makes me having unpleasant feeling every time I need to talk to her. She is pretending that she is talking to customer very polite with the fake smile she is making, while her actual attitude is pretty rude.
