  I called to get some questions answered and the lady who answered the phone did not understand the question so I tried to explain it to her the best way that I could but I felt as if she still did not understand my question therefore I asked her if she understood my explanation and not sure what her deal was but she huffed then hung up on me. The moment that this person huffed before haning up on me I knew this wasn't a lost connection. I called back and another lady answered and I told her what happened and was forwarded to another lady. This last person/lady to whom I spoke with told me "her workers would never do that" but I would have no reason to lie nor know this company to cause any kind of problems or issues if anything I am a client who would was wanting to benefit from this company. I then told her my question got it answered but after all this I felt very highly disrespected due to the fact that someone would ever hang up on a customer. Therefore due to this situation I will take my business elsewhere and hope no one in the future would encounter this.
