      Evidently you must have had a problem with credit or ??. We went with SWBC and was treated with the greatest courtesy and respect. Our home loan was botched by another lender and these people bailed us out. They were professional and closed on the exact day and time they predicted. Nothing but good to say about this office and company.

      Do not use this mortgage company! They delay closings and take way too long. I am in a situation trying to sell my house and buy another one and the closing is being delayed at least 8 days (yes, 8 days) because of this company. Our buyers are using them and the delays have been so bad that we are in jeopardy of losing the house we want to buy because our sellers are losing patience. The stress we have gone through over the last week is all because of this awful place.
