  Great customer service. Highly recommend this lender and Travis is the man! Great stuff here, got a great rate and we were informed and guided every step of the way as first time buyers.

  This company is outstanding GETTING your loan. Try calling them afterward and see what happens. I have had a mortgage here for eight years and am just off the phone now after calling and getting no answers for over a day. You get routed to an answering machine, leave a message and get no call back. I have been through two hurricanes and insurance issues. Finding someone to actually care enough to talk with you is a challenge. You are constantly referred to the website and diy options. Great getting you signed up and making cash on you. If you like spending your precious time wasting it, call this company. I had to hang up after the lady took five minutes back and forth trying to get my simple email address and suggest I call "customer service", after a 25 minute hold and having this experience multiple times over the past eight years. I can't stand disrespect and companies who act like they are doing you a favor. Unreal.
