  The clerk, a very rude staff at that. Just because she might of had to put down her cell phone and actually work like being payed to. After I politely asked her to place her mask on, she rolled her eyes, huffed and replied "What!". I asked her to explain why after my bank card would be any different than my husband's since we both on same bank account,and same loan. Her smart remark was his is temporary. I agreed yes he had to get a replacement one. But once again I told her my card is not again. She went nope or must not be temporary or we need blank check. Well i gladly was going to offer my bank routing and account number just like a bank check. That she was just on phone with her manager asked him if could he said no. I asked maybe clearly understood. I asked since just got off phone, could she call back, she went nope you can leave him a message he be there tomorrow. I went explain why not, cause I said so, and he is in a meeting. A meeting he wasnt in 2 seconds ago right. She went ya. I informed her uneducated, irrigate, childish mind, well honey people can easily stop a payment with a blink on an eye from a debit card you claim so demanding to have, but if using my routing and account number I have to close account. What is your manager name again. She refused to provide it. That was on Oct 28, 2020 at 5pm. Btw she was talking to boyfriend few min before my husband walked out, the "manager". Over hearing ya, I so not feeling like working.
