  I decided to work with Synergy Lending because of my agent's referral initially. By the time, I was also working with another lender to have a stronger offer in the buyers' pools. I just have to say that I've been really grateful and thankful of what Iman has provided throughout the entire pre-approval stage to allow me to start shopping quickly with my agent. We then had to adjust our loan amount due to the market situation. It was a such a pleasure to work with him during the entire process for it. Iman and Ashley were super efficient and professional with their communication, strategy, and problem-solving skills. Because of them, I was able to purchase a property I like under such a competitive market. I would highly recommend other young professionals and first-time buyers to work with them to find your dream place. I would love to work with Synergy Lending again for any future re-finance or home purchasing loan requests in the future. Thank you for everything again Iman and Ashley!

  All I have to say is that Sean at Synergy lending was exceptional and diligent to get our jumbo loan. I had such a bad experience with Chase and Sean saved the purchase of our new house. Our jumbo loan was approved in 8 days. Just amazing.

  I would like to start off with a huge heartfelt thank you to Peter Le and the team at Synergy Lending Inc. Because of your hard work and determination I was able to close on a house and start a new chapter in my life! In all honesty, if this is your first home purchase then buckle up and get ready for an exciting and stressful rollercoaster of emotion. I began this journey with very little knowledge of real estate and even less of the loan processing. There are hundreds, if not thousands of lender options out there and it can be overwhelming and daunting to pick one. I worked with 10+ lenders before I finally decided to go with Peter Le. Our first discussion involved unique loan strategies, complete comprehension of the current market, competitive rates, and the ability to pivot and provide loan options best suited for my needs. What was lacking in all previous lenders was the most valuable asset Peter offered. Compassion and care for me as a human (More on this later). After my first conversation with him I knew I needed him on my team if I wanted a house in this crazy housing market. It goes without saying but clear and open communication is a must in life; however, in this business it's a hard requirement. Bad or lacking communication can cost you your home and/or incur hefty fees and penalty payments. After a few house viewings I finally found a house that checked off all the wish list boxes. Right after viewing the house, my agent contacted Peter to devise a buy contract that would make it too hard for the seller to say no yet still fit my requirements. Since I did have a max budget, Peter was able to provide a very aggressive loan option to close in 21 days to sweeten the pot. This is impossible to accomplish with banks. Lo and behold, we won the house while beating other offers similar to my price point as well as a few higher cash offers. Up until this point it was my agent taking the wheel but now Peter steps in and takes the wheel to the finish line. This is where Peter's compassion and understanding of the stressful situation that comes with the process becomes most valuable. During this time, there are a lot of moving parts that go on in the background and each moving part has the potential to go wrong and torpedo the entire process. The things that did go wrong were not in any way related to Peter or his team but rather with others. From Peter's prior experience in this process and his caring compassion he began to take on the role of mental therapist to help calm my overactive mind and guide me through the process. What I learned from this process is you shouldn't just pick the lowest rate you find on the internet. Talk to the person you'll be working with and make sure he'll be there for you when you need him most. My experience with Peter Le was above and beyond and much more than I deserved or could have asked for. His willingness and determination to me had no bounds. Weekday, weekend, off hours, Peter never failed to promptly reply with exactly what I needed. The only regret I had was that I didn't trust him enough. This was due to my strong belief in Murphy's law and my need to control what I couldn't. I really hope anyone reading this takes away some helpful insight on their venture. I can honestly and wholeheartedly endorse Peter Le and his team at Synergy Lending to get you the home you want and deserve! A Give them a call and ask for Peter Le.
