I had a horrible customer service experience with Movement Mortgage and I would NOT consider doing business with them again. Extremely POOR communication, took WAY WAY TOO LONG (every time they would ask for documents ASAP, they wouldn't respond with feedback for multiple days to more than a week. They took SO long (on a refinance) that they had to re-request a payoff quote from the original lender due to the original quote being old/irrelevant. Clearly not customer focused. Save yourself time, and frustration and find someone else... BTW...in the middle of the refinance process, Philip informed me he resigned from Movement Mortgage, so apparently he no longer works there.
