      We have banked here for many years but have encountered a problem which will probably see us moving to another bank. The balances that you see with their version of online banking DO NOT MATCH the balances that the bank uses to assess overdraft fees. We have two items, an automated payment and a checkcard purchase that show clearly on our online banking ledger as having cleared with a balance. Yet, we get an overdraft notice that these did not clear and have been charged $72 in fees which we are in the process of trying to get refunded. Clearly there is a problem with their system and we simply cannot trust it now to give us an accurate balance. Unfortunately, we will be looking to bank elsewhere now. I also have to agree with the other two reviews that exiting the drive-thru here is very dangerous. If you are elderly or don't have great nerves when driving, then don't use the drive-thru here.
