  I visited this branch yesterday 10/3/2018 this is not my bank . I was in the process of buying a car from a dealership not to far. I walked in and yes I’m a bit different I have multiple tattoos, piercings and dreadlocks. I walked up and ask the teller could I withdraw funds so I would not have to pay an extra 100 for the dealership to process my card . The teller told me yes. I gave her my card and my license my card was not signed she asked me to sign the back which I did. Then she Verifed I could take out the amount I asked for. She ran my card and the card declined. I ask to let me call my bank an make sure there was no fraud warning since I was about 30miles from my home. She Agreed I called my bank let the know what I was doing the pushed my withdrawals limit to 4100 so I was able to withdraw the funds. As I’m doing this I’m sitting in the lobby the teller walks right pass me does not saying anything. I go bank to the desk to a different teller who turns tells me I can’t do it now because your card declined. At this point I had sat in the bank for 30mins . I was livid I feel because I’m black and look the way I look this happened and I plan to file a discrimination suit against this branch. I was very upset behind this. I had to then go to an atm and run my card 9x to withdraw the funds. I will never do business this at this bank.
