Allowed someone taken off my account to continue to receive a duplicate copy of the bank statement. When I discovered this and asked why it was allowed to continue after the signature card was changed and that person removed, I was told it was my responsibility to tell them. How if I was never asked or informed that this person was receiving a duplicate copy? Total violation of my privacy and banking information. Changing banks ASAP.
