  Ok I normally don’t do reviews but I had too … so i don’t bank with Synovus but my job does so every morning I go do bank runs & today I had a VERY humbling experience I was in line at the window when my car suddenly cut off the lady at the window I didn’t catch her name instantly Jumped into action and got two men to come out of their office and push me out of the way . One of the men which was Kevin the other man I didn’t catch his name . I was so overwhelmed and anxiety was super high I really appreciate what the staff did for me I was able to get out of line & out the way so I could call a tow truck !! There is faith in humanity!! Above and beyond is a understatement!! Thanks again

  Asian lady is always a pain in my @ss, every time I go she’s got a problem with something. I use the third party to cash my checks then deposit them because when you deposit at Synovus for some reason; it’s not available on the day of, so I use the third party to cash my checks. She always questions me, like “why do you need to do that” “you really need it today?” Like it’s none of your business lady, then in the middle of cashing my check she proceeded to leave the counter for 5 minutes come back and give my deposit slip to someone else and told them to deposit it. Basically being unprofessional and not fully taking care of the customers who come to her. Do not recommend coming in person.

  Synovus on Manchester is absurd. Long story short. First the old lady(who I'm guessing is one of the mangers) wouldn't let me open an account for my daughter. I had to go to the branch down the street on macon rd. and they did it for me. Then I had to cash a check with both our names on it which I been cashing with no problem at any other branch. Now 1st time I come back to this branch the old bag wouldn't let me cash it so now I have to go to another brach. This branch on Manchester exwy is a hassle for no reason and honestly I just think the old woman don't like black people if you want me to keep it all the way 100. I suggest going to another brach cause this one ain't it.
