      Not first responder friendly. I came in like I usually do to get a bankers check for rent. Was turned around even though I had my ems jacket and hat on. Was told to go to Walmart or Publix and that would best fit me. It’s people like that who when they need me I come running. I guess because I have red hair and piercings I’m judged but I know I make more than a lot of them in there especially due that I travel for work in Atlanta doing Atl 911 and I also work at one of the top trauma hospitals in the nation. Along with that I was also thinking about opening an account due to USAA not having a physical location here. Unfortunately I will tell all my first responder buddies that this brand is not friendly to us.

      I had someone stole my card twice and then they wanted to charge me an extra 10 dollars to get a new one. They wouldn't just give me the money out of my account when even though it is my money. I have never heard of this before. I will definitely be changing banks today. This is freaking ridiculous. Synovus is so damn screwed up
