      This bank is very well run, I had the pleasure of working with Raena the bank manager and with her legal team helped us through transitioning accounts. She responded fast and did everything she could to keep us informed on what was needed to complete our goal. The best bank manager I've come across!

      I joined this bank when it was the Bank of North Georgia. Bank of North Georgia had amazing customer service. Synovus has been horrible. My car will not fit in the drive through and I refuse to walk through the drive through and inhale exhaust fumes. Stephanie was the only employee that was nice enough to tell me to call when I need to make a deposit. Unfortunately today (which make the 3rd time) I was met yet again with rude employees (Kim) when I called. That was the last straw and I am moving to another bank. I had already written a Yelp review in the last year or so where they LOST a check, see yelp for details on that debacle.
