      I do not bank at Synovus. I have customers that bank at Synovus and I sometimes have to go there to have their checks cashed. On each visit I have found them to be slow, inefficient, and unfriendly. The appear to be everything that everyone dislikes about ‘big banks’. If you can avoid the experience, I’d suggest that you do.

      I hate giving a 2 star review, since the gentleman who used to work the drive thru is such a nice person. He occasionally works the drive thru now and I am relieved to see him, as this new (to me) employee has since taken over. I frequent the branch each week and it has been about a month with the new person taking care of my transactions. This woman does not wear a name tag, never greets me, barely holds the drawer open for me to give my deposit and for me to retrieve my deposit, and never says goodbye. The drive thru service used to be fantastic, but it has gone downhill. A simple greeting and goodbye goes a long way.
