      I'm being generous with 1 star because I'm not able to give 0. I switched to first tennessee because their app and online bill pay is so useful. I called bank of nashville, and was told I could close my account over the phone so I did. 6 weeks later a collections company calls me saying I owe bank of nashville $270. after several phone calls with bank of nashville they were finally able to determine that the $270 I was sent to collections over without such as a phone call, was because they did not close my account. and after all that they still expected me to pay for their screw up, and wouldn't even take a lesser amount. I would set my money on fire before using this bank again.
